This project is located in Shidu, Fangshan, a scenic spot in Beijing. Party A’s own homestead hopes to be designed as a mid-to-high-end homestay for operation.

場地東西有鄰居，北側為主要道路，南側支路狹窄，在一層二層的標高都被四鄰遮擋了景觀，所以設計希望營造一個內部的獨立世界。前院在滿足3個車位的情況下，將餐廳、客廳、廚房、收銀等空間置于南側，二層的平面布局使得前院得以部分架空形成灰空間。首層通高的中庭引入天窗的自然光線，自然光可以一直射入到首層的魚池。大門設計為電動推拉門，可以滿足車行人行的兩種可能。

There are neighbors in the east and west of the site, the main road on the north side, and the narrow branch road on the south side. The elevations on the first and second floors are blocked by the neighbors, so the design hopes to create an internal independent world. The dining room, living room, kitchen, cashier and other spaces are placed on the south side of the front yard under the condition that it can accommodate 3 parking spaces. The plane layout of the second floor allows the front yard to be partially overhead to form a gray space. The double-height atrium on the first floor introduces natural light from skylights, and natural light can be injected into the fish pond on the first floor. The gate is designed as an electric sliding door, which can meet the two possibilities of pedestrians and pedestrians.

二樓三間客房和三樓一間客房都通過光線設計的不同形成了不同的四種居住體驗：“圓天”（可以仰望星空），“線之光”（斜向上45度的高窗屏蔽了周圍嘈雜的環境，引入高處的山景，且窄條形窗戶在墻面上形成了一條線的光斑，隨著時間變化光線在墻上的投影在不斷變化，使得人們可以感知到時光流逝），“碎窗”（通過大小不同，形狀不同，位置不同的多個窗戶形成大大小小的光斑投射到客房內部，使得居住其中的游客獲得超出日常的居住體驗），“十字”（四色玻璃在漏斗形的裝飾下別具一種宗教般的體驗）。二樓屋頂南側設計為一個玻璃+沖孔板的類似三明治結構的秋千休息區，一方面可以遮陽且形成多變的光影效果，一方面到了晚上沖孔鋁板內部的暗藏燈帶透過圓孔形成獨特的光線效果。

The projection of the light on the wall changes with time, so that people can perceive the passage of time ), “Broken Windows” (through multiple windows of different sizes, shapes and positions, large and small light spots are projected into the interior of the guest room, so that the tourists living in it can get a living experience beyond the daily life), “cross” (four colors The glass under the funnel-shaped decoration has a religious experience). The south side of the roof on the second floor is designed as a swing rest area similar to a sandwich structure of glass + perforated plate. On the one hand, it can shade the sun and form a changeable light and shadow effect. Create a unique light effect.

材料使用方面，電動推拉門設計為紅雪松和拉板網的類三明治結構，限位輪保證了電動推拉不發生側移。采用U型玻璃既屏蔽了周圍雜亂的環境，又獲得了較好的采光。最終使得游客在一層二層不會看到四周雜亂的景象，獲得內心的寧靜，屋頂的花箱也是為了遮擋低處的別人家的樓梯間，從而使游客達到仰望看山的目的。

In terms of material use, the electric sliding door is designed as a sandwich-like structure of red cedar and pull plate net, and the limit wheel ensures that the electric sliding door does not move sideways. The use of U-shaped glass not only shields the surrounding messy environment, but also obtains better lighting. In the end, visitors will not see the cluttered scene around on the first and second floors, and gain inner peace. The flower box on the roof is also used to block the stairwells of other people’s homes at a low place, so that tourists can achieve the purpose of looking up at the mountains.
